“If you are looking for the “concierge” of realtors, then look no further than Lisa Paperno. As first time homebuyers we required a lot of guidance and Lisa was there every step of the way. With valuable insight, knowledge and negotiation skills, she helped us find and purchase our dream home. We must have worked with at least 5 different realtors, including a family member, before we met Lisa, and we can honestly say she was the best. Realtors in Los Angeles are a dime a dozen. Finding a GREAT realtor is like winning the lottery. We definitely won the lottery with Lisa.” ~ P. & C.S.
“Lisa has represented my company on each of our new construction projects dating back to 2005. She also listed my personal home and successfully sold it over asking. Lisa is efficient, detailed oriented and an excellent negotiator and a very friendly face. She has been a wonderful and trusted representative for our company during sales phase and is extremely well versed about the ins and outs of selling new construction. I've yet to meet a buyer who didn't have great things to say about Lisa and there is no doubt her contributions during our sales efforts are significant. I intend to continue using Lisa and Deasy/Penner for all sales as long as I'm in the biz.” ~ R.J.L.
“Working with Lisa over the past few years has been such an amazing experience. Not only is she extremely knowledgable and personable, she is committed. Lisa worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for me and my family. I'm so thankful for her guidance and her willingness to always go the extra mile.” ~ L.L.
“When we met Lisa, I knew I could trust her. She was patient and sensitive to our needs, encouraging us to persevere during our search. When we found our house, Lisa presented our offer assertively, negotiated well on our behalf, guided us through the paperwork, and explained everything clearly. She was with us during inspections so we were reassured about the condition of our home before closing. We have every confidence in Lisa’s integrity, honesty, and good will and give her the highest recommendation.” ~ M. & A.S.
“I am the original seller of the West Hollywood Cherokee Lofts mixed use Condos. I engaged Lisa Paperno as the listing agent. She handled the challenge brilliantly. Lisa skillfully worked with buyers and their agents while simultaneously representing me. She displayed a high degree of expertise, loyalty and integrity.” ~ G.S.
“Due to some personal issues, we had to buy a home while we were away from LA. Lisa was there to work with us remotely. She not only checked out all the places that we wanted see, but she would also go hang out in different neighborhoods that we were looking into, taking detailed photos of available properties, and giving us honest opinions about them. We were able to successfully purchase a beautiful loft, that was in multiples, that we've been living in for 2 years now. We couldn't be happier with our home, and the experience we had with Lisa.” ~ Bert and Miuyoung
“I first worked with Lisa when I made an offer on a condo and she was the listing agent. I didn’t have an agent and asked her to represent me, despite some hesitation about where her interest lay. I was so pleasantly surprised by her approach and felt she really had my best interests in mind. So much so that while I ended up walking away from that property, I asked her to continue helping me find another condo. My experience closing on my very first home was made so much easier by Lisa’s expertise, guidance, responsiveness and tenacity to ensure a smooth 30 day close. I had to travel for part of the process and she was there to deal with inspections and any other questions I had. I would recommend Lisa to any of my family or friends!” ~ P.M.
“5 stars for Lisa Paperno. She was the lead agent representing a six home, SLO development near the Grove. She is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and refreshingly cheerful. Buyers' feedback complemented her for being helpful and informative, but not pushy. It was a sell-out project!” ~ J.S.
“Lisa Paperno, a classmate and great friend from Brown University, was instrumental in our son and his wife finding, buying, and settling into their very first home. Lisa was the consummate professional throughout the process. Since we were not local to the LA market we depended on her not only to help scope out the different residential neighborhoods, but to navigate the complex legal and financial aspects of home buying. We all recommend her without reservations, and would welcome direct inquiries from those with any questions.” ~ Elise Meyer (Class of 76) and Henry Feuerstein
